The main participants of the China Inventors Forum were the directors, members and inventors of China Invention Association, including the leaders of invention associations of all provinces, cities and counties, as well as inventors, founders and scientific and technical workers who had made outstanding achievements in invention and creation. Pan Yunhe, director of China Invention Association, Wan Gang, vice chairman of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology and Minister of Science and Technology, Shen Changyu, director of the SIPO and Ma Weiming, alternate member of the Central Committee, vice chairman of the China Association for Science and Technology, deputy to the National People's Congress, academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and professor of Naval University of Engineering,PLA, attended the meeting.
