Natural resource can be divided into 5 types according to the substances it can provide:

Land resource, Climate resource, Water resource, Biological resource and Mineral resource

Among them, water resource is the most closely related to our everyday life.

The data shows the main feature of water resource in China:

① Not abundant amount and quiet lower water per capita;

② Uneven water resource distribution between regions and unmatched water and soil resources;  

③ Uneven water resource distribution during intra-annual and annual period and frequent drought and flood disasters;

As is shown, the problem of water resource distribution is still tricky.
